What This Is, Plainly
Joining costs nothing. There is no deposit, no fee, and nothing to sign.
What joining does. When rooms become available, we contact the people on this list before we advertise anywhere else. You will also hear from us first about pricing, licensure, and tour dates.
What joining does not do. It does not reserve a room and it does not put you in a numbered queue. We are not licensed yet, and we are not going to promise you a place we cannot legally offer.

What You Will Hear From Us
We will write when there is something real to say. Construction progress, licensure with the New Mexico Health Care Authority, pricing once it is set, and the first tour dates.
This is not a newsletter and we will not sell or share your information. If you want off the list, reply to any email from us and say so. That is the whole process.
Before You Join
2 things worth knowing now rather than later.
- Bosque Haven is private pay. We do not participate in Medicaid. If Medicaid is your path, we are not the right home, and we will point you toward communities in Sandoval County that are.
- We are an assisted living residence, not a skilled nursing facility. If a resident’s needs move past what we can safely provide, we will say so.
If you are not sure yet whether we are the right fit, ask us a question instead. You do not have to join a list to talk to us.
Why Only 16
16 residents, 16 private bedrooms, 16 private bathrooms. 2 caregivers on the floor during the day and 2 awake overnight. At night the state lets a home our size keep 1 caregiver awake and a second person asleep in the building. We keep both awake.
That number will not go up. It is the reason the list exists.
