What we collect. Our 2 forms, Ask a Question and Join the Waitlist, collect your name and email, and optionally your phone number, who you are asking about, when you expect to need care, and anything you write to us. We also receive your IP address, browser, and the time you submitted. Some of this is health related and we treat it that way.

What we do with it. We answer you and keep you posted on pricing, licensure, and tour dates. We do not sell it, rent it, or pass it to other operators, referral services, or lead brokers.

Who else touches it. Just us.

Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 with Google Signals enabled, plus Jetpack site stats. Google Signals is a Google Analytics Advertising Feature. With it on, Google can associate your visit with your Google account if you are signed in and have Ads Personalization turned on, which enables Demographics and Interest Reporting and remarketing audiences. First-party cookies set by this site, such as the Google Analytics cookie, and third-party Google cookies and identifiers are used together to do that.

Opting out. Turn off Ads Personalization at myadcenter.google.com, install the Google Analytics Opt-out Add-on, or use the NAI opt-out. Your browser’s cookie settings work too. We do not use a cookie banner.

Keeping and deleting. We hold form submissions and CRM records until you ask us to remove them. Email info@bosquehaven.com, tell us what to delete, and we will do it and confirm.

Children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
